CZarina Lobo was born in India, raised in Australia and currently lives in Vancouver, B.C.

Her wealth of cultural knowledge and curiosity feeds her passion as a natural dyer focussing on cultivating plants for colour.  CZarina has formed her own dye garden, using garden waste, windfall and alleyway forages. A graduate of The University of Western Sydney, she finds learning has continued by training with nature and always being open to experiment.

CZarina has been playing with colours for many years and besides instructing homeschooling kids and their adults she has also been holding creative workshops with Vancouver Arts Colloquium Society and running natural dye guilds with EartHand Gleaners Society and basketry workshops with Village Vancouver. She is a community advocate who likes to share her knowledge of using invasive plants and garden waste for nature creations.
